Wood - Repairs
Parts of my hardwood floor broke through. It was really thin and weak, like paper. Do you think I have termites?
Wood damaged by termites sometimes goes undetected until it is too late. A subterranean termite feeds below the grain and follows the grain of the wood, creating weak spots. Tap the floor in an area every couple of inches. If it sounds hollow in spots, you may have an infestation. To be safe, get a professional to examine the floor
