Q:

My vinyl floor has a bubble in it. Can I fix that on my own?

A:

Bubbles need to be reglued to the subfloor. To do that, you have to soften the material, which can be done by warming it through a towel with an electric iron. Next, make a small slit in the bubble and squirt adhesive in the slit. Press the tile onto the new adhesive and weight it down for several hours.
